We are looking for candidates who want to work as assemblers for our client Cummins Meritor in Lindesberg.

As an assembler in this automotive industry, you will primarily be assembling axle wheels for heavy vehicles, standing at a line where you work in pairs of two. You may be placed in one department, but there may also be rotation between different departments at the workplace. The work can vary depending on the department, but it includes production work, assembly, monitoring and optimizing production processes, as well as maintenance of machines and equipment.

The work can be both physically demanding and technically challenging, depending on the type of industrial job.

In addition, we are always looking for candidates who can contribute energy and a positive attitude to our clients.

The primary working hours at our client include two shifts; day shifts and evening shifts. We will also have night shifts. We prefer that you are flexible and can work all shifts.

Day shift Monday-Friday from 06:30-15:30, Friday from 06:30-12:00. Evening shift Monday-Thursday from 15:36-23:42, Friday from 12:00-17:42. Night shift Sunday from 22:54-06:30, Monday-Thursday from 23:42-06:30.

We are looking for both those interested in full-time jobs, and the position includes a consultancy assignment for 6 months where you are employed by us at Job&Talent. There are then opportunities for direct employment at Cummins Meritor with good performance.

We offer GFL salary and follow the applicable collective agreement for the position.
